Only financial members of your club are eligible to be registered as a team member.
Do not submit names of players without their knowledge and permission.
For each team, list players in order of ability, entering the strongest player on first line, second strongest player on second line, etc.
A maximum of eight players may be registered for any one team.
Even if you put '(E)' after a player's name, she will be considered a registered team member, not an emergency, and will be allowed to play in any position.
Information you will need
Tennis ID for each player. This is a requirement of Tennis Victoria. The Tennis ID is an eleven digit number beginning with '66'. Each person can find her Tennis ID by logging into her Match Centre account. Her Tennis ID will be displayed under her name. If she doesn't have a Match Centre login, she will need to create one in order to have a Tennis ID. Each player will also need to activate her UTR Rating. See instructions for creating a Match Centre account and activating a UTR Rating.
Captain's name, phone number and email address for each team - if this is incorrect, it causes much inconvenience.
